Pictured above is one of the largest and is the #1 training facility
in the tri-county area. We are proud to have designed the
ultimate program for each age and level of learning. While
teaching gymnastics, martial arts or dance we develop
confidence, self-esteem and sportsmanship. Each class is taught
as a true academy would with a 7 to 1 ratio and hands on, one on
one learning. This assures the beginner right through to a Junior
Olympian the proper technique training plus the comfort zone,
security and safety for both student and parent.

We started with a small gym in 1984, employing trained safety
certified staff practicing professionalism in a healthy and
wholesome environment. We have kept that professionalism
while continuing through years of growth. We have added
coaches from all over the world to our gym, making us a
nationally ranked gym. We have grown to be the largest facility in
the area with students receiving full scholarships to college.
